Dianne Littles is the owner of Little Beginningz Child Care and has been an Early Childhood Educator (ECE) for 27 years. Little Beginningz Child Care is a 5-star Family Child Care Home (FCCH) licensed through the state of North Carolina that’s provided high quality care for children and families since August 2005. Dianne believes that early childhood is a very significant period of development for young children and her role as an ECE is to help encourage socialization, communication, critical thinking, focus, self-control, and self-motivation which are necessary skills for success in school and in life.

Dianne’s first 10 years of childcare experience started in Spring Lake, North Carolina at Children’s World Creative School. She holds a Bachelor of Science in Birth to Kindergarten from Fayetteville State University and is a member of The Littles Group, LLC real estate holdings company. In November 2022, Dianne expanded her current business operation from in-home childcare to a facility and is now the proud owner and President of Little Beginningz Learning Center, LLC.

Charles Littles is a Vietnam veteran who served 20 years in the armed services. He retired in 1987 at Fort Bragg, North Carolina. Charles later retired for the second time; however, he is still currently employed with Non-Appropriated Funds (NAF) at Iron Mike Conference and Catering Center in Fort Bragg, North Carolina.

Over the last 40 years, Charles has obtained trainings and received several outstanding accolades and certificates during his military and civilian career. Charles’ position as a manager has awarded him transferrable skills that makes him an interpersonal leader and a great decision maker. As CEO of Little Beginningz Learning Center, Charles is the voice of the organization. One of the many and most important responsibilities he will oversee as CEO is leading the Little Beginningz Learning Center family in effectively understanding their job duties while meeting the needs of our children and families.
